On March 14 March 2020, Royal Decree 463/2020 was published in the Official Journal of Spain, declaring a state of alarm to handle the health crisis caused by COVID-19. As a result, the implementation of different measures and restrictions to counteract this extreme and extraordinary situation have taken place. This regardless of the legislation of the different regions of Spain and municipalities, which already anticipated the adoption of part of the measures.
