Biography
David García is Vice President of RSM Spain and Managing Partner of the Tax and Legal division.
David specializes in matters related to Commercial and Company Law, as well as reorganisation and restructuring operations of domestic and foreign (mergers, transfers of branch of activity, etc.) corporate groups, and the sale and acquisition of companies and assets. He has extensive experience in International Private Law.
He is Secretary of the Board of Directors of several domestic and multinational companies, acting as Legal Advisor to them.
He is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences pertaining to his field of expertise.
He began his professional career at TGG, which later merged with RSM.
He holds a Degree in Law from Universidad San Pablo-CEU.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, the International Attorney Club (IAC) and the Spanish Society of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).
