Biography
Ignacio is a partner at RSM Spain where he leads the Department of Labor Law and Social Security in the Madrid office.
During his more than 20 years of professional experience, Ignacio has advised multiple companies, both national and international, in business restructuring processes that have required the adoption of external flexibility measures (collective redundancies) as well as internal flexibility measures (substantial change of working conditions, non-application of working conditions, suspensions of contracts and others).
In the same way, he is a specialist in the defense of his clients before the social jurisdiction at the national level and in labor advice in all kinds of matters related to Labor Law and Social Security.
He is an associate professor at the Carlos III University of Madrid and a regular speaker at specialized conferences in various institutions (Lefevbre, CEF, APD, etc.) and is the author of the monograph “Labor restructuring: a practical study on flexibility measures in the Company” (Ed. CEF) and co-author of the work “Social Jurisdiction, Comments and Jurisprudence” (SEPIN editorial)
