The merger reinforces RSM’s position as a leading tax, accounting and legal adviser to the middle market in Spain. RSM Spain offers its services from seven offices across Spain in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Palma de Mallorca, Las Palmas, Tarragona and Andorra.
TGG Legal is a 25-year-history firm with a solid reputation in all areas of business law. It has two offices – Madrid and Barcelona – and 43 professionals. Its client base is largely made up of businesses working in the finance and banking, construction and engineering, tourism and hotels, and technology sectors.
