Under the claim ‘Building the foundation of Blockchain and Digital Economy’ the convention will bring together more than 600 attendees next January 20th and 21st They will have the opportunity to meet and discuss the impact of Blockchain technology in different sectors as well as the impact on the global economy and the implications that it may have at a legal and regulatory level.
The European Blockchain Convention, held once again in Barcelona, is Europe’s leading event for blockchain technology. The convention will bring together the main agents of the blockchain industry such as corporations, organizations, investors, startups and developers.
The event, which will take place from January 20th to 21st, will gather more than 600 attendees and 50 local and international experts, who will discuss about the most relevant issues related to Blockchain technology. Among the analyzed issues, the focus of the convention will be on society and digital identities, the impact of Blockchain on the supply chain, governments and public sector, as well as services and infrastructure in financial markets and regulatory and legal trends. The European Commission is promoting collaboration between industry leaders and politicians to incentivize a joint European Blockchain implementation strategy.
